My Henna, Your Love Story

A beautiful union of tradition, artistry, and love— created just for your big day.

Hi, I’m Kaniz, and creating bridal henna is one of my favorite parts of what I do. Every design I create is a labor of love — customized to reflect your personality, your culture, and your story. I’ve been doing henna for over 30 years, and nothing brings me more joy than helping a bride feel radiant, relaxed, and truly herself through this beautiful, time-honored art.

What Makes My Bridal Henna Special?

  • Customized Just for You: Whether you want something traditional, modern, symbolic, or simple, I’ll work with you to create a design that feels meaningful and personal.

  • All-Natural Henna: I hand-mix every batch of my henna using only pure, natural ingredients — no chemicals, dyes, or shortcuts. It's gentle on the skin and gives a rich, long-lasting stain.

  • Rooted in Tradition, Made with Heart: My henna style blends South Asian, Middle Eastern, and contemporary influences — always with attention to detail and cultural respect.

  • Custom Storytelling: I love incorporating your story into my artwork using designs, symbols, initials, or motifs meaningful to you and your partner.

The Experience

Bridal henna isn’t just about the final look — it’s about the moment. I aim to create a calming, joyful experience for you before your big day.

  • I usually recommend scheduling your bridal henna 2–3 days before your wedding so the stain reaches its deepest color.

  • You can come to my spa, or I can travel to your location (travel fees apply).

  • I offer free consultations so we can talk through your vision, browse styles, and plan timing.

  • Most full bridal designs (hands + feet) take about 3–6 hours, depending on how elaborate you’d like it to be.

Want to include your bridal party? I love creating simple, beautiful designs for your friends and family, and can bring another artist as well.

Pricing

Every bride is unique, so I like to price based on your custom design and time needed. Here’s a general idea:

  • Bridal Henna Deposit: $150 to reserve your spot

  • Custom Bridal Henna: Pricing discussed during consultation

  • Guest or Party Henna: $150/hour, second artist $130/hour

  • Travel fees apply for on-site bookings

Tips for the Best Stain

  • Clean skin, no oils or lotions beforehand

  • Leave paste on for at least 6–8 hours

  • Avoid water contact for the first 24 hours

  • Apply natural oils or balm to protect and darken the stain
