Silk & Stone Salon & Spa Appointment Policy
Appointments may be made online, through the Silk & Stone App or by phone. Email appointments may take a longer lead time. Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for all appointments to ensure timely service.
Please note that we take credit cards but in order to avoid high credit card fees, cash is preferred for payments.
Walk-ins are welcome for threading appointments, but please note that we do give preference to those who make appointments. For all other services, appointments are required.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
Please notify us a minimum of 24 hours in advance for threading appointments and 48 hours in advance for all other services, should you need to cancel or re-schedule, to avoid being charged for the service. All no-show appointments or cancellations within this time period will be charged at full value. Spa Finder, gift cards, gift certificates, etc. will be considered redeemed unless notified within 48 hours of service. For spa parties or henna parties where one person is paying for all guests, we require a $100 deposit to book the party. The deposit is refundable only if notified of cancellations prior to 7 days of the event. Deposits are non-refundable within the 7-day period. The person paying for all attendees is responsible for any no-sows or cancellations within 48 hours. Please note that our weekend is Sunday and Monday so if you have an appointment on a Tuesday, please notify us by Friday to avoid charges.

Payments are accepted by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. There will be a $35 service charge on all returned checks. All payments are due in full before shipment.

Most orders are shipped within 2 business days via ground. Next day delivery, 2-day delivery & in-store pickup is also available. Please specify any preferred carrier. Customer pays all shipping charges unless special allowances are made in advance.
Back-order items are shipped as soon as they are available. You are not charged for backorder items until they are ready to be shipped. Backordered items are charged the price in effect at the time of shipping. Please let us know if you do not accept backorders.
Please check your shipment upon receipt and contact us if there are any damages or discrepancies. Please save all packing materials for claims inspector. All shortage and/or damage claims must be reported within 15 days of receipt of goods. The quality of Silk & Stone products is guaranteed. We will replace any product or refund your money (our choice) if you are not satisfied. Returns need to be made within 30 days of receipt provided that the merchandise returned is in salable condition. Before returning any item, please call with your original invoice number to receive a return authorization. Silk & Stone Inc. is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damage. Prices and policies are subject to change without notice.
