Silk & Stone Salon & Spa Appointment Policy
Appointments may be made online, through the Silk & Stone App or by phone. Email appointments may take a longer lead time. Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for all appointments to ensure timely service.
Please note that we take credit cards but in order to avoid high credit card fees, cash is preferred for payments.
Walk-ins are always welcome but please note that we do give preference to those who make appointments. For services that take longer than 1/2 hour, we recommend advanced appointments.
For all appointments that take 1/2 hour or longer, we require a a 24 hour notice for all cancellations or for rescheduling an appointment within 24 hours. Please note that our weekend is Sunday and Monday so if you have an appointment on a Tuesday, you must notify us by the Saturday before the appointment date for any cancellations or reschedules. In the case of an emergency, last minute cancellations or rescheduling, you will be charged $50 or 20% of the appointment for any inconveniences. For no call no show appointments you will be charged a full amount for the service booked so please call us in advance to avoid the charges.
For all party and bridal bookings at Silk & Stone or at the client's location, we require a two-week (14-day) notice to cancel or reschedule. A $100 deposit is required for all party bookings and may only be refunded if cancelled/rescheduled before the 14-day period.

Payments are accepted by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. There will be a $35 service charge on all returned checks. All payments are due in full before shipment.

Most orders are shipped within 2 business days via ground. Next day delivery, 2-day delivery & in-store pickup is also available. Please specify any preferred carrier. Customer pays all shipping charges unless special allowances are made in advance.
Back-order items are shipped as soon as they are available. You are not charged for backorder items until they are ready to be shipped. Backordered items are charged the price in effect at the time of shipping. Please let us know if you do not accept backorders.
Please check your shipment upon receipt and contact us if there are any damages or discrepancies. Please save all packing materials for claims inspector. All shortage and/or damage claims must be reported within 15 days of receipt of goods. The quality of Silk & Stone products is guaranteed. We will replace any product or refund your money (our choice) if you are not satisfied. Returns need to be made within 30 days of receipt provided that the merchandise returned is in salable condition. Before returning any item, please call with your original invoice number to receive a return authorization. Silk & Stone Inc. is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damage. Prices and policies are subject to change without notice.
