OUR SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Silk & Stone. We are committed to provide best possilbe service to our valued customers. We try our best to process any received order in 1-2 working days and based on selected shipping choice, ship order in timely manner. As once the order are shipped, we donot have much control, we have put together a policy to best serve our clients. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 

Domestic Shipping Policy:

Shipment processing time:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. We ship out orders Tuesday through saturday except for holidays. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates :

Shipping charges are calculated wihth real-time quotes from USPS and UPS during check-out of your order processing.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. 

Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days via ground.  Next day delivery, 2-day delivery & in-store pickup is also available.  Please specify any preferred carrier.  Customer pays all shipping charges unless special allowances are made in advance.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses:

We are able to ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

International Shipping Policy:

Shipment processing time:

We ship all over the world. Real time shipping rates are calculated during the checkout process. We normally use USPS or UPS services for international shipment. International shipments can take 3-8 weeks depending on service selected. We provide tracking information, sometimes complete tracking details are not available from courier service. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes:

We donot collect or pay any custom duties or fees for any international shipments. Buyer is responsible for any customs and taxes applied to their order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

Damages:

Silk & Stone will not be liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. If your package is stolen, you will need to file a claim with courier. 

Backorders:

Back-order items are shipped as soon as they are available.  You are not charged for backorder items until they are ready to be shipped.  Backordered items are charged the price in effect at the time of shipping.  Please let us know if you do not accept backorders.  

Returns:

Please check your shipment upon receipt and contact us if there are any damages or discrepancies.  Please save all packing materials for claims inspector.  All shortage and/or damage claims must be reported within 15 days of receipt of goods.  The quality of Silk & Stone products is guaranteed.  We will replace any product or refund your money (our choice) if you are not satisfied.  Returns need to be made within 30 days of receipt provided that the merchandise returned is in salable condition.  Before returning any item, please call with your original invoice number to receive a return authorization.  Silk & Stone Inc. is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damage. 

We donot pay for return shipping and buyer is responsible for returing the pakcage to our address. All returns must be sent to following address
