Q & A

How many days in advance should I book a party? It is best to book as soon as possible so that we can hold a time slot for you. The times and details can be changed as we get closer to the date but this ensures that you get your spot.

What is required to book a group event? A $100 deposit and a credit card number to be placed on file. For spa parties, each person receiving services needs to provide their full name, phone number and a credit card on file. If one person is paying for everyone, only their credit card is needed.

What is the cancellation policy? For any cancellations, please notify us 14 days prior to your event date for henna parties at your location. For all parties at the Silk & Stone Spa, we need a 7 day notice for cancellations or to reschedule. Deposits are non-refundable within the 7-day and 14-day period or if the event was scheduled within that time period. Any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged in full for their appointments.

Can we bring food? Yes you may bring in food. Please arrive early enough to set up as to not delay any appointments and to ensure each person gets their full time their service was scheduled for.

Can we bring alcohol? Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the spa. Only non-alcoholic drinks are allowed at Silk & Stone.

Etiquette Because we may have other services going on in the spa, please use your "spa voices" during your visit. If you would like to book the spa excusively for your party, please do so in advance so that we don't offer any services to other clients during your event.
