Preparing For Your Treatments Following are a number of things we recommend that you can do to ensure a great experience when you arrive for your appointment. Please arrive 10 minutes early for all appointments to fill out paperwork and address any questions you may have. Drink plenty of water before coming so that you are well hydrated for your treatment. Please bring a bikini for body treatments, otherwise you may have to go bare. Men are required to wear underpants or swim shorts for their appointments.
