Requirements for Booking a Party
- The first and last name of the person responsible (host) for payment, their phone number and email. The host is responsible for any no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.
- The services each person wants to do so that we can arrange our schedule properly and assign service providers.
- A major credit card is required to be kept on file when booking all appointments
- Important Scheduling Note: Our weekend falls on Sunday and Monday. If your event is scheduled for Tuesday, please make any changes or cancellations by Friday to avoid penalties.
Booking Deposit and Fees
A $100 deposit (may be extra for larger parties) is required to secure your date and will apply toward your total balance. The deposit is non-refundable within 7 days of the event. A $50 booking fee is added to the final bill to cover setup, cleanup, and use of the celebration area. A 20% gratuity will also be added to all spa party totals at checkout. If you'd like to add a larger tip, please let us know prior to checkout.
Party Duration
Your reserved time includes services plus a 15-minute grace period for cake and cleanup. To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, we kindly ask that the space is vacated promptly at the end of your scheduled time. Additional time will be billed at $25 per 15 minutes. If you need extra time, please schedule it with us in advance.

Final Headcount & Service Choices
Final number of guests and service selections must be provided 48 hours before the event. The host is responsible for the payment for any guest who does not attend or misses their service. If possible, the missed service may be substituted for another service during the party, depending on staff and time availability.
Late Arrivals
To keep the party running smoothly, late arrivals may receive shortened services, and no discounts will be provided for time missed due to lateness. We kindly ask that all guests arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to greet one another, get settled, and allow services to begin on time for the full experience.
The host should also arrive early to check in, complete any required paperwork, receive start instructions from our spa staff, and set up any food, party favors, or personal items they wish to bring. Please ensure all guests are fully ready to begin services at their scheduled times.
Parties with Minors
We offer spa services for ages 6 and above with parental consent. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. A signed consent agreement will be required before any services can be performed on minors. The accompanying adult is responsible for obtaining parental consent for each child receiving services from Silk & Stone staff. The adult is also responsible for supervising all children and for informing us in advance of any allergies, special accommodations, or other important information necessary to ensure each child’s safety and well-being.
Food & Decorations
You are welcome to bring cake, food or non-alcoholic beverages. A 4’ table will be provided for your use. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in our facility.
Decorations are welcome, provided they do not damage the walls, furniture, or surfaces. Please plan to arrive early to set up food and décor, as services will begin promptly at the scheduled times. Late setup may result in shortened services, and no time adjustments can be made.
Canceling a Party
Please notify us a minimum of 7 days before your event, should you need to cancel or re-schedule, to avoid being charged for the service. All no-show appointments or cancellations within this time period will be charged at full value. This deposit is fully refundable if cancellations are made at least 7 days prior to the event.
Gift Certificates, Gift Cards, and Coupons
Only Silk & Stone Gift cards may be used for spa parties. Gift cards issued from other companies are not valid for party services. Coupons may not be applied to party services.
Exclusive Spa Rental (Optional)
$150 per hour – Enjoy complete private access to the spa with no other guests or clients present. Relax freely without interruptions, use both sides of the spa exclusively, play your own music, and enjoy the space comfortably without needing to keep “spa voices.”
This upgrade also includes an enhanced snack bar in addition to the regular refreshment bar, featuring fresh vegetables, fruit, dips, and sparkling cider.
